Mindful Eating Week 6

In this free virtual (9-week) 2 hour program: You will learn about mindful eating, engage in mindful-based practices including meditation, mindful eating exercises and visualization. Create awareness of your relationship with food and about the difference between thoughts and feelings associated with eating. Overall, learn how to develop a healthy relationship with food. It will run from Mar. 26th to May 21st. The last day for registration is Mar 18th. To register for the group please go here.
