Mindfulness for Emotional Regulation is a free (4-week) program that assists individuals to learn about mindfulness, connecting to the present moment and how this can benefit and improve your ability to regulate your emotions with awareness. Mindfulness means paying attention to our thoughts, emotions, and feelings in the body and the mind, as they are happening, and adopting an attitude of curiosity and compassion. This is a virtual group that runs from Oct. 10th to Oct. 31st from 1 to 3pm. The final date for registration is Oct. 3rd and an assessment is required prior to starting the group.
