Mindfulness for Emotional Regulation Week 3

Mindfulness for Emotional Regulation is a free (4-week) program that assists individuals to learn about mindfulness, connecting to the present moment and how this can benefit and improve your ability to regulate your emotions with awareness. Mindfulness means paying attention to our thoughts, emotions, and feelings in the body and the mind, as they are happening, and adopting an attitude of curiosity and compassion. This is a virtual group that runs from Sept 12th to Oct 3rd. The final date for registration is Sept 5th and an assessment is required prior to starting the group. Please click here to register.
